YOUNG PROFESSIONALS COMMITTEE

YPC Mission Statement:
The MAATA Young Professionals’ Committee (YPC) exists to encourage growth and professional development, provide a supportive and engaged network, and advocate for athletic trainers within the first twelve years of their certification.

YPC Vision Statement:

The YPC aims to provide a supportive network through mentorship and outreach initiatives, encourage growth and development through equitable access to resources throughout state organizations, MAATA and NATA, and arm athletic trainers with the skill sets necessary to advocate for themselves regarding career satisfaction, advancement, and longevity.

The YPC seeks to implement these values within our membership to maintain longevity in the profession and foster passionate, versatile, and dedicated leaders within the athletic training community.
